TurboTax is cumbersome and expensive

No explanation on state income tax and why it was so high. Also description of certain items, like Section C was incredibly vauge and was not explained at all. Also, reviewing the same things over, and over and over and over again, its no wonder the hole experience took about 3 hours....

Have used TurboTax for many, many years. Easy to use, accurate. I feel good about submitting the information to the Federal Government. Able to use easily with previous Windows Computer and the iMac I now use.

The flexibility to start on a laptop and finish on a phone was a major win for convenience. The TurboTax Mobile App remained perfectly synced with the desktop version, allowing you to upload documents on the go and track your refund status with real-time notifications.
