Disappointed

I’ve been using turbotax for years and i’ve never had an issue. I opened a roth IRA this year so I had to input all of that information, which in return i received additional credits for. Since I have those additional credits my tax return no longer qualifies for the free version of turbotax so in order to complete my taxes I was forced to pay $49 to upgrade to TurboTax deluxe. I wanted to deduct it from my refund, but good thing I read the fine print because there’s is an extra $40 processing fee to do it that way! My refund is already very low so I am extremely unhappy with this outcome. I was not aware I would be paying $49 just for them to process my return! Very disappointed and will likely be using a different company next year.
