TurboTax is horrible for people with low income.

The program in its self is good, but I don't like that it forced me to get the Max and my payment went up to 99.00. I do it myself so I can save the money I would pay to have them done. As a retiree, I don't have to much incoming in and to be forced to get the added feature is ridiculous. Next year, God willing, I will just go find a place that does them for free.

Last Year with Turbo Tax

Keep wanting you to update to their assistance. Then without knowing they say if you have a certificate you have to use their service and charge 71.?? after discount. I had to go back I did not have the certificate only 1098 tax form. But they did not allow reversing the service charge. Last year to us Turbo Tax
