Was beyond easy to use. very seamless and answered all of my questions with the pop ups. Took longer than the anticipated time due to me not having everything on hand. Would 100% use again.

Too many hidden/additonal fees

TurboTax software is easy to use, but had a considerable amount of additional charges and hidden fees this year. I would have used another service had it told me I now have to pay for direct deposit before charging my card.
