A Wonderful Service with Room for Improvement

The basic functions of your service are phenomenal. They would be even greater if they lacked the unnecessary animations which artificially inflate the time it takes to upload and process information. And all of this would be even more tolerable were the service provided truly for free, and you did not tack on hidden fees at the end for such basic measures as transferring federal data to state. And I must commend you for the laughable suggestion that one pay a fee in order to have their TurboTax service fee deducted from their tax returns. I'm not sure who falls for that, but that you readily identified that such people exist and developed a means to exploit them is an incredible (incredulous?) feat.
