40$ processing fee to pay with your return???? are you serious? the normal federal fee is 49$. THAT IS ROBBERY! Disgusting!

They have my bank account number wrong, they displayed my car insurance account number as my bank account number (How DOES THAT HAPPEN)so i couldnt use direct deposit..HORRIBLE
