Easy to navigate. but I hate the fees that are added at the end right before you file. It begins saying it's free. Just to add one deduction you have upgrade and pay $88. Too high! I can see $40 but come on...

TurboTax lobby's against tax payer interest.

TurboTax spent more than 47.2 million since 2003 lobbying against taxpayers so they can keep charging for a service that should be free, intentionally blocking addendums that would make FILING TAXES FREE. The pricing is stupid. It's being filed ONLINE. It does not need to cost $40.00 to take payment from my return. Nor does it need to cost $88.00 to file both state and federal. Intuit’s annual revenue topped $14.3 billion for its 2023 fiscal year, which ended July 31, 2023 — a 13% increase from 2022. Thanks for the service, I guess.

Ridiculous hidden fees

Charging an extra $40 fee just for deducting the Turbo tax and state fees from my federal refund is ridiculous. I don't think I will be using your services again next year because of your unreasonable extra $40 fee.
