Dissatisfied with the end filing process

Would not allow me the option of the free version, and when attempting to pay the fee to file it would not accept my card information forcing me to pay the processing fee. Very dissatisfied overall.

Very unethical in the way turbo tax automatically adds in services and tries charging you for it. It took me 15 minutes to back track and find out where they snuck in the charge.
