Turbotax is terrible. AI is taking over.

The interface is terrible. Updated to 2026 from 2025, you took away helpful UI features such as time estimated. You're also charging multiple different fees just to use your service. Every single interaction on this website includes AI. Forcing me to upgrade to deluxe, making me pay a sum equal to the amount I would get back. Useless service. Accuracy . Compatibility. Guidance. You can't even accept a review without using AI generated review topics. everything about this sucks. And you're constantly asking if you can rip my data and wallet at every corner. Not even with review works at over 50wpm as its destroying my sentences as I type. Why have a profanity filter here if the only "thing" reading it will be an AI chatbot?

Don't Use Turbotax

It did not allow me to use the free version for my W2 form and forced me to use the deluxe version. It added surprise fees without stating it would before switching me to the deluxe version.

Its a rip off to do your taxes through turbo tax. They do not show you your tax return information so you can file on your own. Do not recommend. They have hidden charges be ware
