I switched over from tax slayer and got a bigger refund this year. I kind of feel like I was doing something wrong on Tax Slayer. we will see.

TurboTax has really let us down this year

Filing this year was very difficult. The app kicked us out after entering our income information, and we had to go through the whole sign in procedure all over again. The social security information was incorrectly recorded and we had to enter it all over again. The same questions were asked multiple times.
Overall, compared to the ease of using Turbo Tax to file in previous years, we are very disappointed!
