ADDITIONAL $49 PROCESSING FEE IS NOT RIGHT

Process was smooth yet to charge me an additional $49.00 "processing fee" in addition to charging me for the Turbo Tax program is NOT RIGHT!

Easy and quick. Walks you through all potential options. They help you find the most refund you can obtain. I feel their fee’s are a little high, when some of the walk-in tax places are cheaper.
