TurboTax is DISAPPOINTING!

I have been filing with TurboTax over 20 years now and it is disturbing to me the fees that we are incurring to file. Please, help me understand why and how? If you really care about your people stop charging $118.00 to file Federal and State/ the software doesn't cost that much. If this continues, I will find myself going elsewhere.
