TurboTax was more difficult to use this year, it also added a premium feature that I didn't want and made me pay for it in the end.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

just awful ai screen in ur face whole time, screen is too bright hurts my eyes cant continue doing taxes, too much tax at end

I think TT is great; however, I thought they offer a free option, which I was not able to select. I do like to do my own taxes, but at the end of the day, if I am forced to pay, I would have gone to a pro.
