Very misleading & broken

This years use of Turbo Tax has been the most difficult I have ever had. First, it kept telling me I needed to enter my address unit# even though I live in a house. It wouldn't give me the option to change the dwelling type at all & forced me to go round in circles trying to get it fixed. Had to just put a space to be able to continue filing - very frustrating. Second, I had to constantly fix inaccurate info the software kept entering, causing it to take longer than it should have. Third, it told me it was $79 to file, but once I looked at the receipt, it showed a charge of $134. Very misleading to only show the federal amount & not the state as well nor indicate that the $79 didn't include state. Don't think I will be using this product anymore.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments
Good experience over all. It was very helpful and I will highly recommend this to everyone I know. Thank you so very much walking me in each and every step to file my taxes.

We’re thrilled that our step-by-step guidance made your experience so seamless. Making the filing process quick and easy is exactly what we at TurboTax aim for every season.
I have used Turbo Tax for about 25 years, and have always loved it. Never had a problem until last year. Apparently TT didn't properly handle 529 to Roth IRA conversions. That took two telephone calls and about 2 hours to fix, but at least we finally got it. I had assumed that they would have fixed that by this year, but no -- still didn't work right. That took 1 phone call that lasted for 3 hours and 39 minutes to get it working. That shouldn't be the case. But at least we did finally get the taxes filed. The guy on the phone was great.
I also had to switch from desktop to online this year, because desktop won't work on Windows 10. That is unfortunate. Online is also much more expensive than Desktop.
