Quick, easy, costly

Turbotax is very easy to use. The steps are quick and very informative. But the fees are terrible, I am going to check a bit farther next time as I did not have a very complex return. Could have been done on the EZform if they had them.

Horrific Experience

Forced me to pay for upgrade after I filled out all my info in order to file. Claimed that it was going to cost $39. Then charged me $39 for state AND $39 for federal. Then tried to hide an additional $40 processing fee to have it taken directly from my return. Ads and requests to upgrade my package every other page. SUPER ANNOYING. Not to mention how clunky it was to go back and find out how to change things. Hopefully my refund is processed correctly after all this. I've done it on other sites like CashApp easier and for free without the annoying ads. Doubt I'll be a return customer.
