TurboTax is NOT Awesome! Quite the Opposite!

One of the worst experiences with TurboTax. I'm getting back less than I ever have, I'm given the option to pay the abhorrent amount charged with my tax return, or a credit/debit card. I click to pay with my return, and it immediately takes me to the credit card information page. I tried FIVE TIMES to pay with my return, which I have done every year, and suddenly I can't. Then I see that my state taxes "can't be submitted at this time" with no other information as to why. So I paid almost $100 for my taxes to not be submitted. Absolutely insane.

It was very easy to do and they found an issue with my return they even helped me through it and it was so easy.
