Not transperant

Was told I would be charged $63.20 since I had a promo-referral link. However when I went to view my receipt I had a charge of the full amount for the do it yourself $79 ($85.32 full charge on my credit card). Definitely not a transparent website.

Too many steps for a simple return

Constantly having to deny the prompts to upgrade to a different level of service without benefit.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
