extreme delay in the process

extremely horrible!!!!!! This is the first time I've used TurboTax. After I spent hours on filling information, it finally asked me to pay and how I wanna receive tax return. It sent me a confirmation email and nothing else, which made me think I was done. Then months later I realized I never received my tax return and I just realized that the filing is not completed when I check the website again. I did not even received a single reminder about anything that's wrong!!!! What did I pay for???? a delay in the process??? this is horrible!!!!
