COST IS TOO HIGH TO FILE

IT COSTS TOO MUCH. IT MADE ME UPGRADE AND I DID FOR $39. THEN IT CHARGED ME ANOTHER $39 FOR STATE. OKAY THAT WAS ALRIGHT BUT THEN IN THE END IT CHARGED ME ANOTHER $40 FOR SOMETHING. THAT IS RIDICULOUS FOR SOMEONE WHO EARNED LESS THAN $22000.
