Was a nightmare my tax report was rejected and it was so hard to fix it, the only easy thing was the site asking for my credit card every time

Got an email stating i could file for free - only to be told that I am not allowed to do such at the end of filing. Went from 'Free' to $160 real fast..........

I used the free version until I hit a spot where I was required to pay for an upgraded version. it wasn't bad but you can get sold stuff you don't want if you're not careful.
