Bait and switch

Absolutely terrible, you all should be ashamed of your bait and switch tactics. I hope you go out of business, and I will never use your products again. I had to pay over half of my tax refund because of your trash product limitations. Breaking down cost per refund is criminal and your product is bloated pathetic nonsense. I spent 30 minutes trying to file because there was no notification I would be looped infinitely unless I verified my phone number - absolute rookie mistake.

Rejected!!!

You did not send us notices that our returns were rejected. As a result we now missed the 4/15 deadline. The amount we have to pay for federal taxes went up over $400 and we now had to pay you $150 for using your "free" service...I am very confused by all of this and will probably not be able to use Turbo tax anymore

hopefully this will be my last year using this app. this over priced unhelpful useless app takes advantage of and financially screws over people in need. the wording of the last few requests of my ID to finalize the filing was also awful.turbo tax flagged my filing which delayed and created a late fling for me until I had to deep search what the issue was and how to fix it. the "24/7 experts available to help and ai agents" were of no help. I've been using this app for almost 10 years as well and am not biased. I would've loved to have a better experience but instead, had a horrible experience. I believe other tax filing options are more affordable or even free would be more compatible for 99.9% of people. it was truly lengthy process with often redundant features and several times have locked me out of my own account or not able to provide me access to my past documents I know are there. I feel this was not accurate to the experience and filing I could've had comparing to my previous years. nothing has changed in my work field so am not sure how I owed so much and also was charged so much to file my taxes this year while my refund back was a fraction while I make less than 20,000 a year. that's all, good luck!
