It is so easy to do my taxes using TurboTax. I don't have to wait for an appointment, I can do it at 1 in the morning if I want. Everything is guaranteed and double-checked and it's just plain easy to use.

Turbotax - Fast, Easy, but lots of hidden fees

I stay with Turbotax because it's very very easy and seems to be safe enough. What I don't like is the way there is a totally free federal version but you have to hunt for it. Also, when you get to the end and you are asked to pay there is also a VERY hidden fee for paying turbotax with your refund that can be avoided by paying immediately with a credit card.
