Turbotax is a sham!

NEVER free to file. Every year a fee for how you recieve your refund is added at the end without telling you until your finished. Then there is always a reason you have to "upgrade" which I personally have had no "better experienced" when applied. They trap you into having to upgrade then its more upgrades and more and more!!!
