More expensive, and slower

Accurate? Who knows. This year, the website is insanely slow (30 seconds to minutes per page refresh) and more than once it put me through a loop asking the same series of questions over and over. "Married filing jointly" with no itemization took FOUR HOURS.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
