My experience with Turbo Tax has always been A+. The process is easy. Step by step explaining every option clearly so you will not be confused. Plus you are given the option to have a Tax expert if you feel uneasy about your filing process. I have experience a issue in the past where I was audited by the IRS. Which was an easy process as well. They requested information that I was able to send fax over to them. Once it was processed my refund was given to me right away.

Easy to file. As a senior citizen I enjoy doing things for myself STILL and TT allows me to do that without a CPA.
