TurboTax is excellent, easily-accessible!

Overall an accessible product that is presented in a logical order to step through the complicated process of completing federal and state income tax returns. Somewhat lengthy, but thorough. The questions are easily understandable and the instructions are, too, 99% of the time. A couple of speed bumps, but excellent on the whole.
