Close to excellent

The experience with TurboTax certainly seems thorough, but I don't have anything to compare since it's the only tax prep software I've ever used. Payment was difficult and the 20% link I had wasn't applied, so that is disappointing.

Turbo Tax was easy to use. Directions plain and simple. During the process the site provides opportunities to check for errors and missed opportunities of tax breaks.

I have used TurboTax for more years than I can now remember. I really enjoy doing my taxes this way because I know they will be accurate. Have the questions and the REVIEW buttons makes it easy to insure I have not forgotten any important information.
