I don't like that you cannot speak to someone before you file sometimes there are questions after you file.

Good but overpriced

The website is easy enough to use but I don't like the cost of nearly $80 for something that only took me about an hour to complete. I'll probably go back to FreeTaxUSA next year or a similar product.

It ask to many questions that are irrelevant to the tax return. I am a CPA and I thought this would be quick and easy for my personal return. For example asking numerous times about storing credit card information, and other items.

Split-State Issues

Cannot file state taxes for split-state couples. It was an absolute nightmare trying to figure it out, and there are no resources or ways to edit the forms. I have to do our state taxes separately.
