The interface and the features are get, but I am not fond of how much they charge for the returns. The accuracy is great, as well.

it took me over and hr and 45 mins to file I had so many problems but I was able to talk to a turbo tax agent that was very help full

Using TurboTax felt very straightforward because it walks you through each step with clear questions instead of complicated forms. The system checks your answers as you go, which helps prevent mistakes. It also explains things in simple terms, so even if you’re not familiar with tax rules, you can still follow along easily. In the end, everything felt accurate, and there was confidence that the tax return was done correctly.
