I wish they didn't pressure you to upgrade for something that is actually a 3rd party website. I opted for the Max benefits under the impression that it was actually Turbotax but it's through a 3rd party website that now has all of my private information. Otherwise, I love how easy it is to file your return through them and I've used them for over a decade now.
