Disappointed in the accessibility of Turbo Tax for 2025 tax year filing, software use/purchase online only.
The software price and use is also an issue. As a long time user, I will most likely consider other tax software for my next year filings.

All seemed very straight-forward and with an easily navigated program interface. also helpful feature to set up meeting with advisor who was able to address any questions i had.

Great Tool and easy to Navigate

First time filing my own taxes in years. We have been using a CPA and his fess kept going higher and higher each year. Decided to try in on my own again and it was fairly easy with the guidance provided by TurboTax. I'm sure we will use TurboTax again next year.
