Turbo tax is a high cost for an online platform

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It is frustrating that the cost continues to increase while the product stays relatively the same. Given it is completely online and I really do not need any support, it costs far too much.

TurboTax for sure

The experience is easy going if you do not have a lot going on. Some of the wording was confusing but I think it's because of what the State is asking. Other than that, it was easy for me to upload and double check. Still will choose to do it myself through TurboTax.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and it is so easy and reliable. It is helpful to have a little tax knowledge yourself, but the questions and guides really help with subjects I don't know much about.
