Turbo Tax Every Year

Very user friendly. I've been using Turbo Tax going on 6 years now. I would never file taxes any other way!

Turbo Tax is excellent

I didn't use an expert -- I think having the ability to really give expert guiddance in the interface in real time.

It was easier this year compared to years in the past. The only thing that would help is if I could access my previous returns directly from Intuit while I am already working in the program.

As long as the tax filing is not rejected by IRS and State, the service provided by Turbo Tax is outstanding. If rejected it is terrible.
