Super simple and easy to navigate. Not sure why I get charged when I know other who do it for free, but otherwise it's a fantastic program.

only went with turbo tax so i didn't have to import data elsewhere. claiming to have a free system is a lie and tacking on the $40 on top of not being free? real classy! are the promises to new filers to be free of charge if they switch over correct? i doubt it.

Hidden Fees

It was very easy to use. I just didn't like the fees that stacked up. It was supposed to be free then I needed to upgrade just because I had an HSA account. So there was an upgrade fee and a processing fee, took about $100 which would have been the same if I went anywhere else.
