My experience was pretty straight forward and quick. I didn't like the fact though it told me filing both state and fed taxes would be $79 then when I went to e-file it told me $118 it was charging me. Not sure where the difference came in. But the program itself is great to use and the fact it stores my information in there for next year is helpful.
