Got scammed just signed up for the free one

Last Year to EVER use Turbo Tax

Terrible, you make the last part so complicated, and don't offer a confirmation page confiming what will be charged that I ended up paying 79 dollars for a filing that should have been free. And yes, I selected the free version, so now my refund decreased by 50%. You do that on purpose, because no way to double check. This is the last time me or my parents will be using this service.

Turbotax online is buggy and not user friendly.

Any time you want to go back to a section you have to click through the same screens. Could not e-file; it kept giving an error for state ID number having a hyphen when it did not. And got stuck with a spinning circle when submitting return and had to clear cach and jump through all the hoops again.
