Turbo Tax feels like a trap

Wayyy too many clicks. Scammy by trying to add charges at various turns. Feigned concern about accuracy...the copious amount of asking the user to check their work just creates anxiety and second-guessing and more room for mistakes. Not user friendly at all.

Way too many question and missing communication

The process was very difficult to use. It didn’t clearly state at the beginning that we would need to add a spouse’s W-2, which caused confusion later on. There was little to no communication about what we were actually signing up for until the very end. It also gave the impression that we had already paid and were simply being asked to consent, which was misleading.
The process took much longer than expected because it kept asking additional questions, including for information that had not been mentioned earlier. On top of that, it was unable to locate one of my W-2 forms, which added to the frustration.

Fast

Very fast, thank you for painless taxes. This part kinda sucks though making me type out more than I wanted to. Still having everying layed out for me and having my W2 already set. I procrastinate on things like this and having the weight off the shoulder is nice. Thanks again
