Have used Turbotax for many years.It's very easy to use and I find it to be accurate. I like the ability to access more information throughout the software if some of the questions are not clear to me.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

You upsold me Expert Assistance with NO OTHER CHOICE. I had to call customer service and SLOG THROUGH HOURS OF TRYING TO GET THROUGH YOUR AI WALLS TO TALK TO A REAL HUMAN TO REVERSE THAT GREEDY MOVE. YOU GUYS ARE SLIMY. The customer service HUMAN was nice but the AI is stupid and delayed hours of my life. And the chatbot on the website is worthless.
