Forced Upgrade to Deluxe Cost Me $79

I was forced to upgrade to Deluxe and pay $79, even though my return should have qualified for the free version. The only reason the software gave for the upgrade was that I entered education expenses—yet I didn't qualify for any education credit or deduction. As a result, my $356 refund was reduced by $79 due to the unnecessary upgrade fee. This feels like a greedy upsell tactic. I will not be using TurboTax again in the future.
