way over charged. I clicked do for free then the next thing you know they have charged me an arm and a leg what garbage

DIY version not easy

My experience today was not an easy one. Software says you have 30 minutes to complete taxes, then you pay but after it asks a bunch more questions that led to confusion and not being able to file. I am not happy that I had to pay before the software assured that I was able to file completely

Search was a little quirky

It wasn't as smooth as in the past. The online tax form wasn't helpful as the last 20 + years. I went through putting in the information, but when I tried to find and enter my vehicle loan tax, I never could find it. I knew it was a thing because my bank sent the amount and referenced the Bill. I put it to the side and when came back to it, it was the same. It wasn't until I was checking out, and I reviewed the forms that I saw the line. Then I was able to go in and fill it out. Other wise it was an ok experience.
