The rating would have been higher but it replaced my daughter's first name with mine. I had to fix it right before filing. Very annoying.

Turbo Tax- Your User Friendly Guide

every representative I spoke to were very helpful and patient. this year was very taxing (no pun intended) since were both retired and had quite a few accounts without taxes taken out. won't do that again. hopefully next year will be easier. im a repeat customer. see you next year!
