Unnecessary “upsell” nonsense. Seems more shady than previous years. Just be upfront and EXACT with the pricing options and be done. You’ve made things much much more complicated than need be. What should have taken me 15 minutes took an hour and a half because I had to clear everything and start over to get out of your expert pricing category where you tried to charge me $129 for 15 minutes of me entering information. And the chat help I used only complicated things more. Long time customer with a bad experience today

Turbo Tax was okay!

Turbo tax did not include Schedule P - Kentucky Income Exclusion Form. Otherwise, it was okay!
