Turbo Tax is a scam!!!!!!!

I was accused of reporting the wrong AGI from 2 years ago. I was not wrong, I had the correct amount. This is the most stress I have ever experienced doing my taxes and I will NEVER use this service again!!!!! Good riddance!!!!!

Fix TurboTax

I have refiled my returns four times now, all four rejected. I have called customer service and did everything I was advised to. The options on TurboTax to write in the fact that I, in fact, did not pay any health insurance was not available at all. I read the review and followed through with everything it needed me to do, and my return still got rejected. I was a dependent on my mother's health insurance before I joined the military.

needs better auto fill options

when filling information from same payer, should offer autofill fill. I had to key manually several 1099-R. Name address, payer tin number where the same. Took more time than needed in this age also remove the nickname. No one wanted to spend all day trying to key in a name that’s already taken.
