It gets the job done

I have a lot of tax experience, and I wanted to be able to directly review the forms as I was providing information to the system. I could not find any way to make this happen. My taxes were calculated using the Tax Smart sheet and I have yet to find where that is included in the return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Program works slowly and. Costs too much!

TurboTax didn’t offer me the free or deluxe versions at the start and made it very difficult to choose the deluxe version after I completed my taxes. Wouldn’t let me use the free version even though my situation was simple. The program ran very slowly. Retrieving my tax forms from Fidelity did not work 1099s, etc. There were hundreds of ads for additional services that I did not want but had to read before moving on.
Even entering my direct withdrawal info from my bank took 1 hour and three attempts before it worked. Your program did not work well for filing online from the Bahamas
