Filing my taxes was a very smooth and easy process. I appreciated the suggestions it gave me which led to more tax breaks and a higher refund. The ai tool was great.

The fact you are charging people to do their own taxes and send them in is absolutely disgusting and insane that you get away with this!!! Most likely will be the last year I ever use your services!

TurboTax is a SCAM

This was super confusing, I ended up paying 150 dollars when I thought I would be able to file for free. This is a misleading exploitative service disguised as a helpful tool. I will not be filing through TurboTax in the future, and plan to contact customer support to issue a refund. The service seemed like it would be free or charge from my refund, but instead I ended up paying double the amount I would have for just my refund. I will leave negative reviews everywhere I can and tell all the people in my life to never use this service.
