would like refund on the 173$

its a good product but the company lies about filing for free before feb 9th it just charged me 173$

Money scam

False advertising, it is slimy to state your program is free just to sneak in multiple different fees in. Especially when the previous year was free. Also, it is ridiculous to charge another $40 just to get it sent to my already existing bank account just to avoid your partnership with credit karma. I won't use it next year. The whole appeal was that this was free and it is crazy to have overall fees of $89 just to file a W-2 and a 1098-T form.

Empress LeNoire gave me the confidence to use TurboTax for the first time on my own. Even though I filed without assistance, she is the customer service representative that stopped me at the store and told me I could file using Turbo Tax. I told her I was not confident and she gave me the confidence to still file. I am so grateful for having met her and her giving me the confidence to file on my own.

When I tried to file on Saturday I kept getting a message that a form couldn't be accepted; no further info. After 4 tries I talked to James at the help center who told me that IRS didn't accept returns until 1/26. Woulda been nice to know that the first time I tried to file! Many Turbo info items are unclear.
