Easy to use but they need work.

Finished my taxes online and paid for service prior to allowed filing date.
1. NOT notified via my preferred contact information the moment my file would be accepted by the IRS.
2. Revisited my account & was started over at the beginning of the process even though it had already been completed!
3. Had to manually navigate through menu(s) to get to my filing.

I file every year from the comfort of my home. I have a simple tax situation. Intuit is wonderful because they accurately check for missing information and common mistakes, plus tax breaks and credits that I may have missed.
