This was a terrible experience

At the end, TurboTax would not allow me to edit a field on the S.D. 100 form and I was stuck for several hours trying to edit and clear a field that was populated. I edited the form and did many things that wouldn't work. In the end I had to both delete the S.D 100 form and the withholding from the tax tools -form - delete and re-enter all the information. This was very painful and my worst Turbotax experience to date. I have used Turbo for many, many years now and this may be my last. I feel I should be owed a refund for this glitch.

Deceiving Free option

I was extremely disappointed by the fact that the "Free" option felt very deceptive, as I left paying $79 when I have never paid for a tax return in my life! Overall some of the information in the system was inaccurate for New Hampshire, I left feedback in that area. Generally the product worked well but could be improved from a transparency at the first step and MAINTAIN that persons choice to file for free...

Absolutely despicable attempt after attempt after attempt at wringing my pockets dry. I mean my brother in christ, ive been using this "service" for a couple years and it was never this bad. im never using turbo tax again. you guys took more than half of my total return with your ridiculous fees. then attempted to take even more money with the deposit method, hiding the direct deposit option behind a cpl more rejections of your absurd turbo tax checking account. my god man.
turbo tax is awful and im gonna be sure to tell everyone who will listen for the rest of my life.
