It was so easy! Being able to just photograph and send my W-2s was great and having the system give feedback about options was nice. This took me approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete. My SERVICE FEE was LESS THAN $200. The past 6 years we have filed with our preparer and the bill is more than $550 in service fees.

Excellent product...sneaky fees

It was actually pretty good, but inexplicably you changed it from FREE to FEE for federal. I am filing a AGI just over $3000 for part time work. No investment income. No interest income. No warning that I had entered into a FEE product. Disappointing.

"free" ??

I'm not sure why every year it says it's free and I never select any product only hit continue but still costs almost 200$ each year to file for "free". I give no stars if possible wasn't there a whole lawsuit about this
