i missed the deduction cost for goods donated. This missing fecture from previouse versions required me additional time to figure out value of donated goods. Overall, it should not cost you money to pay your Taxes.

I had a lot more trouble navigating this year than in the past. In prior years it was very easy to select categories that I wanted.

The UI Was Helpful,

It got the job done with minimal frustration. It took longer than anticipated due to checking and rechecking, but the returns are sent, so the job's done The repeated "invitations" to upgrade and pay me was frustrating, however.

didnt tell me upfront that i would have to pay for a filing option due to my non simple filing so i spent 2.5 hours filing on my own and then had to pay over $200 when i could have had help and known at the beginning

Need to explain packages better

A person cannot use the free edition unless they have no HSA. I did not use expert help either. So, I think that is unfair.
