I like Turbo tax, been using it for several years but the hidden fees are ridiculous. It advertises as free then when you get to the end you pay almost $100 in fees. Not fair.

Stop the upgrade spam

I really dislike being asked multiple times if I want to upgrade. I don’t, you should even have a free option or a larger discount for those who have used you product for years.
